I ordered this book for a friend who has diabetes. I started reading this book and could not put it down. I am a healthy eater and thought I knew by stuff about nutrition but this book has taught me so much more. This book is good for anyone, even if you are not diabetic, you will learn a lot about what you are really eating, and what not to eat!!!!! This book is full of great info and I highly recommend it to everyone!!! I will never touch a piece of white bread again, or refined sugar, they will kill you. I have also added some different teas and some new spices to my diet.
