    'Get this book, you better!'

I purchased this book when it first came out years ago.I had never had any italian classes at the time, because I was busy with the other romance languages(french, spanish, portuguese and catalan). My major in college is both near eastern and romance languages.I bought this book right after I had used Routledge colloquial italian, which was a gift that an italian friend had given me previously. I studied this book well. I later had applied to get a scholarship that would a lot me to go to Italy to study, and emerge in it's culture.I didn't know it, but they had people come to the university and test me and several other students whom were applying. They got us good! they used real young italians, that were in our age group to see which one of us were worthy of such scholarships.Out of everyone who had applied, I was selected along side one other person. They thought that I was A native of some sort, because I could speak just like they really did. I was introduced to many other italian youth, and I was sent to Italy.I have alot of italian and Swiss-Italian friends now,and I have gained alot of respect from the natives.Italian cinema computes with me like french, english, spanish, catalan and arabic going through my head. It will be in your best intrest to get this book. Trust me! The other thing is that you will feel so complete once you master it and test it out!
