A great way of learning is through experience. I feel the best way of learning is through the experience of others as they find out what works and what does not. True James Kilts and other CEOs flipped companies around for a quick sell. However, this book offers examples of how James Kilts turned troubled companies such as Gillette, Nabisco, Kraft, and Duracell into profit machines. In addition, how ideas like a ¿red razor¿ can work when marketed correctly.
