This book is the best

I am just going thru a break up, and I have to tell you that this book has kept me from doing things that I can regret. I can identify with what the author has to say. I recommend this book to all the girls that are going thru a difficult time letting go of someone that...

This book is okay for the simple fact that it points out some hard truths to those of us on the receiving end of a breakup. It was refreshing to see what she had to say about it all. However, I was not at all uplifted by what she had to say. I had already realized much of what was in the book and so, for me, it did not give too much insight on how to work on myself. If you are looking for something to help lift your spirits and make you focus on yourself, then try reading 'How to Win Your Husband Back Before It's Too Late'. Even if you are not (or have never been) married before, this book teaches you how to work on YOU...and take the focus off that man! My mother had it, but she never read it. I suppose if she had, she would be better off. (with or without my father) Happy reading!
