This book is okay for the simple fact that it points out some hard truths to those of us on the receiving end of a breakup. It was refreshing to see what she had to say about it all. However, I was not at all uplifted by what she had to say. I had already realized much of what was in the book and so, for me, it did not give too much insight on how to work on myself. If you are looking for something to help lift your spirits and make you focus on yourself, then try reading 'How to Win Your Husband Back Before It's Too Late'. Even if you are not (or have never been) married before, this book teaches you how to work on YOU...and take the focus off that man! My mother had it, but she never read it. I suppose if she had, she would be better off. (with or without my father) Happy reading!

    Pretty Good Book

I like all of Rhonda Findling's books. But this is especially great if you're sitting at home, just waiting for him to contact you (and we all do it). I like that there is a forum online for all the books where you can talk to people just like you. I am online all the time so it was helpful for me.

To Call or Not to Call....that is the question...

A great book for when you're trying to get over a guy. Better than a lot of the other dating books for it's really practical advice.

    Useful!

This book really helps. I kept reading it over and over when I was most tempted to call. The only thing is that the writing exercises were a little long.
