    Highly Recommend

I got the first book in this series and was pleased to find this second one. Once again I found a great read. I enjoyed it very much.

    Excellent

I think that this book and the next in the series (Never Look Back) are terrific. I am anxiously anticipating the final book's release in January(One Last Look). These books were great, better than Evanovich's Plum series because they weren't as silly, but still funny and enjoyable. I wish that they would continue and not just be a trilogy! I have loved LLM's historical books and often thought her modern books were mediocre, but these are her best yet!

Clare at her worse and Best

Clare finds herself in the middle of murder, suspense and sex, she and Tony are very compatible in the romance dept. I can't wait to read never look back to see what happens next.

    Passionate and Suspenseful!

The interplay between Clare and Tony was awesome. The suspense was riveting. I'd like to see Clare and Tony's relationship evolve into something deeper and explore why Clare doesn't want to marry Tony whom I think she really does love.

    Big Miss for Miller

Normally I like this author very much but in this case, she should stick with historical fiction. Her first person narative made me cringe, as did her inept handling of absolutely EVERYTHING pertaining to the legal profession. For example, DA's aren't members of the 'judiciary'...only judges are. In other words, her research was faulty from beginning to end. I don't recommend this book.

    Very Good!!

I really liked this book. I liked how it was from her point of view. I didn't want to put it down. I read it in two days. There was never a dull moment in it and it kept me turning the pages!

    disappointing

I LIKE READING BOOKS THAT IS SEEN FROM BOTH SIDES. I LIKE THE IDEA OF READING WHAT THE CHARACTERS ARE THINKING ABOUT EACH OTHER. WHEN TOLD BY ONE PERSON, IT IS NOT WELL RECEIVED AND BLAND.
