    Full of Adventure

This is a great transition book for 5th grade and up to move into 'adult' paperback books. I started my own two sons and also my grandson on this great book. They have all become avid readers! I also use it in my college reading classes for students learning to read in English. It has clean and historic adventures of courageous characters from the American past as is typical of Louis L'Amour books.

    Recommended for reading in class

my teacher has us read this book for class and our class has had a really good time reading it and doing all kinds of skits and writing letters to "friends of the characters". I enjoyed the book and i think that if you like a story about survival skills, you should read this book. :)

    Great Book!

This is another book by L'Amour that has kept me on the edge of my seat by all the adventures and dangers the two kids faced.

    Great Book

I loved this book! It was wonderfully written. I became kind of frustrated that the poor kids had to go through all that and their Pa hadn't found them yet! :-) It was really good I recommend it to anyone!
