Dragon’s Moon by Lucy Monroe continues her compelling and delightful Children of the Moon series.

Ciara whole world was turned upside down by the death of her beloved brother when she was younger. Soon after his death by a massive dragon her mother soon is unable to go on and takes her own life. Ciara is taken in by another clan and raised as a beloved daughter of Laird Talorc and his beloved wife Abigail. She never thought she would see the man behind the dragon again, but he has come to Sinclair land to help protect their way of life.

Eirik was using his dragon powers to protect the children of his people. That day in the forest has left a mark on his soul. His first meeting with Ciara he can feel her anger and pain towards his dragon. But they must work together in order to save both of their peoples life’s. Ciara and Eirik share a bond that is deeper and more powerful then either of them had envisioned.

Ciara needs both Eirik the man and his dragon in order to find the wolves’ sacred stone. Ciara’s dreams are compelling her to find the sacred stone before their enemies find it to do harm to their families and clans. Their enemies are circling and they must complete their quest before all is lost.

Dragon’s Moon will sweep you away into another time and place. This other world is intriguing and layered with passion and magic. Once you delve into this world you will not want to leave. Eirik and Ciara’s love has many things to overcome but no romance ever starts out smooth and easy. Watching them fall in love and learn to trust each other is a treat. Greatly enjoyed catching up with characters from other Children Of The Moon books. Lucy Monroe is tops on my list off authors to buy.

I once read the words "an enigma of personalities" and this totally describes Lucy Monroe's characters Eirick and Clara in her fourth installment of "The Children of the Moon" series! Ms. Monroe writes so clear and vivid that the two protagonists journey toward love envelops you so that you cheer, cry and sigh with Eirick and Clara through hurt and misunderstanding and finally to their bond as truemates! Don't miss this series or just this book and root along with us on the journey of their understanding and acceptance of each other!! Ms. Monroe writes books that hold your attention and enfolds you in the action!!
