Amazing Book Keep It Moving Rob.

I think this book is one exceptional book I have read in a long time which can relate to all of our young African American adults. This is a best seller in my eyes. I support Rob no matter what. I will be net- working this book into the schools all over the world if I have to. You never know who knows who in life. But just remember Rob did make it, so it's real not fake. I give this book a Hundred stars. This is reality knowledge growing up in the hood and making your dreams come true no matter how long it takes you. Stay focused and with hard work anything is possible in life. Stay strong, have determination, family the most important part. Never give up.

    Youth Inspiration

At fourteen, the author, Robert¿who is being raised by his mother, a single parent and pastor¿loses interest in school and begins to dabble with selling drugs. Naturally, the dollars and bling bling follows as he gets caught up in illegal hoopla. Not long after, he becomes a user and is soon sniffing away the goods instead of selling. Added to this, he becomes a father, gets arrested and is in and out of prison over a ten-year period. During these prison stints, Robert sees and learns things that men much older than him perhaps never saw or experienced. Nevertheless, while in a half way house, he makes a determine effort to regain his place in society. This path is by no means easy. The temptation of quick and easy money is only a sniff away along with other obstacles like baby-mama drama and I mean a whole lotta drama! But Robert remarkably reaches down to his inner core and finds strength. Along with his mother's love and support, and an overwhelming love for his young daughter, he overcomes adversity. He thereafter works his way into a white-collar position in one of America's multi-million dollar companies¿a phenomenal and admirable achievement. This book will serve to inspire those youths who are currently caught up in the world of drugs by showing them that, that world is not their glass ceiling. If Driven with determination to get out of the system, they can do it. The writer clearly did. I thoroughly enjoyed this non-fiction book. It¿s engaging and easy to read, full of inspiration and I recommend it highly.
