This book reveals important parts of Michael Jordan’s life as a young boy and some great goals he achieves during his life and as a professional basketball player. Great book!
Description and summary of main points
Michael Jordan works hard a being great at basketball and ends up at being one of the best payers there ever was. He led the other players on his team to an overall of six championships. Awesome!
Evaluation
This book offers a large amount of factual information on events in Michael Jordan’s life. It discusses his life during high school and college as well as when he was even younger. It discusses information of when he was on the Olympics basketball team. Other biographies do not compare to this one as this book contained more information than usual books of this genre. Cool!
Conclusion
Fantastic book! It is a great book for anyone wanting to know a little bit more about Michael Jordan. The book is easy to read and is around 150 pages long.

MJ should win a ring for writing!!!
If you¿ve ever worn a pair of Jordan shoes before then you¿ve probably wondered the story behind Michael Jordan himself. In the book Driven from Within it goes through the life of the greatest basketball player of all him. It goes through his life from when he played in high school until he got his own shoe. This book puts emphasis on that theme ¿ Be the best that you can be.¿ Michael Jordan was born on February 17, 1963 in Brooklyn, New York. But he didn¿t stay there for long when he was a toddler he moved to Wilmington, North Carolina with his two brothers and two sisters. In his child life he loved to play sports he didn¿t just focus on basketball yet. He was very competitive with his brother, which probably helped him become the player he is now. Ironically the best player in all of basketball got cut from the varsity team at Laney High School in his sophomore year. But that just made him motivated him to do better and eventually led the team to the state championship. He got a scholarship to the University of North Carolina. After college he got selected in the 3rd round draft pick to the NBA. In his first year in the NBA he made a huge impact. His skills later led to six championship titles and his own shoe. Michael Jordan was not like any other player in the NBA. He was very driven to be the best and his determination made him a great player. But he had a lot of help on the way. Of course like any other son he had the help of his mother Delores Jordan. She supported him in his basketball career. He also got a lot of support from his coach from the University of North Carolina Dean Smith. He led him in the direction to become a great basketball player. The writer uses a great technique to write this book. He goes a great job in describe Michael Jordan¿s life. Another thing that the writer does well is that he puts pictures in the book. That¿s good because it¿s not like other long boring books that don¿t have any pictures too look at. So kudos to Michael Jordan for writing a great book. Not only is he a good basketball player but he¿s proven to be a good book writer too. The point of view of this book is in first person so Michael tells his whole story from his point of view. But some of the things that disappointed be about this book is that Michael didn¿t really express his feelings about stuff. But other than that the book was good. On a scale of 1-10 I give this book a 11! I recommend this book to anyone that is a fan of basketball. I¿d also recommend this book to anyone that is a fanatic of ¿Jordan¿ brand shoes. This book has to be one of my favorite books.

Awesome
This cunning story about six time National Basketball Association champion, Micheal Jordan is extremely inspiring to all who have their eyes set on something big in life. It shows how determination and hard work can pay off to a successful life in the future. It is a true nothing to something story about this kid who grew up with low expectations from freinds and family alike, and ended his professional career as arguably the greatest player to ever play the game of basketball. This book is an inspiration to anyone who reads it, specially young atheletes.

Who doesn't want to be like Mike?
This book will put you in awe of Michael's sports prowess and business savvy. While not an autobiography so much as a look into why he had success in the business world and on the basketball court, this book ties in Michael's shoe contract with Nike with the various stages of his life. Beautifully illustrated, this is a wonderful 'coffee table book' or winter read when your looking for some motivation. Also makes an excellent gift for any sports fan.

MJ, him J, fade-away, perfect!!
If you're looking for a heavy, in-depth read, then this book is not for you. However, if you're like me and many others who are MJ fans for life, this book is a must have. Though the reading is a bit thin, and the commentary on each and every shoe released from '84 until now may seem like a vain and blatant marketing scheme, you simply must love everything associated with Mike. He's like Midas.

Superb
Michael Jordan in Driven from Within: 'Excellence isn't a one-week or one-year ideal. It's a constant.' The Jordan Books are the best among sports books, going all the way back to 1980s. And this is one of the best Jordan books, up there with Rebound and Rare Air.
