    Dont trust so quickly

I think that this story is a great eye opener for all the women out there with small children that they are raising on their own, and looking for a mate. Like the saying goes "all that glitters aint gold" so ladies lets not assume that any man you bring home has the best intrest of your child at hand. The only person who has your childs best intrest is you.

Now, with that said i could not put this book down. To me there were a few red flags and indications that something was not right with James.

I just could Not believe how easy it was for this man to get away with the acts that he did it was just crazy to me, but im sure there are women out there who are just quick to let a man in.

I caught myself talking to the book a few times and shaking my head and hoping this man would be caught and get what he deserved.

The book was different because a fly, yes a fly told the whole story...weird huh, well i said read it because the fly does an amazing job at the end!

Karma is crazy and eventually you get yours! Even when its least expected!

    Ring The Alarm

I must say that Even Numbers is a wake up call! The reader is left wondering, did this mother know her child was being molested but turned a blind eye in order to maintain her way of life. Did she sacrifice her daughter's virtue and peace of mind for her own materialistic pleasures? Barbara Grovner wrote an excellent story that will appeal to mothers and youth alike. I recommend this book be read and thoroughly discussed at dinner tables all over the world because we have to educate our kids and let them know that no matter what the abuser says, TELL ME or SOMEONE if you're being hurt! No amount of money or material wealth is worth your virtue. I am looking for this book on the big screen with Halle in the role of Dominga! Thanks for a great read, Barbara!

    OMG!!!

I could NOT! put this book down. This author is a genius! Page after page was filled with so much detail and relevance that you absolutely could not get board. This book uncovers one of the biggest issues in the world and it helps those to understand why and how molestation happens and what to look for. Single mothers, we must start being mindful of the men or people that we have in our children's lives because it is our responsibility to keep them safe. READ THIS BOOK! There is sooooo much to learn from it.

    A reviewer

This is a great book. It is a must read and a definite eye opener. It is writtenly differently than most people would write it as it is written from a fly's point of view which is part of what I like about it. It reminds women that they need to be careful of the men they pick, pick them carefully, investigate them, do what you have to do it ensure that the right man is around your child. This book shows women what can happen when they suffer from low self-esteem and pick any man who gives them some attention. This book will have you clinging your children but it will also have you looking inwardly. All parents must read! Read and have a conversation with your children, getting counseling if you need it, whatever, just go out and buy the book!

    Protect the kids

Overall: 4.5 stars***** Content: 5 stars ***** Flow: 4 stars**** Imagine you loved a man enough to push that tiny thought to the back of your mind that he had been molesting your daughter. Now, imagine your daughter growing into a woman and thinking that mommy's man having sex with her was just a way of life. In Barbara Grover's Even Numbers, told by a fly on the wall, James is an ER doctor and offers Dominga the world on a silver platter, and she gladly accepts it but with a hefty cost. Her daughter, Olivia. If only we could be a fly on the wall we would know the travesties that are happening to children every day. We have to protect the kids at all costs. Ask them questions, check them to make sure they are not being molested...and believe them if they say they are!! I recommend this book for all women with children. Reviewed by: ShaniReviews
