This book is a must read for anyone who has lost hope when it comes to their weight. I recently lost 15 pounds using an awesome dieting solution, but I have been in constant fear that I will gain all of that weight back. Eat Q is helping me get to the root cause of why I got fat in the beginning. This book is very motivational and chock-full of practical, easy to apply tools. I feel like I finally have the insight I need to overcome a lifetime of emotional eating once and for all! If you want to lose weight, buy The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution, it is a shameless plug, but who cares! It works! If you want to know why you are on this emotional roller coaster with your weight, buy this book. I highly recommend both books for anyone who has tried many things to lose weight and who is feeling like giving up.

    Fear mountain

The mountain is covered in black trees. The ground is black and the leaves of the trees drip with blood. The rain is bloody and it is always storming and raging on. You take one step towards the blackness, and you are teleported back to your home-town in a confused haze.
