concise and valuable information
I've read many of Dr. Fuhrman's books and have enjoyed them all. I picked up this book to see how it compared to Eat to Live (his 2003 book that made a believer of me). I was not disappointed. Eat Right America and Eat for Health (which I later purchased) both contain the great health-supporting information in Eat to Live, but break it down in a way many people will find helpful by slowly incorporating changes into their diet and lives. Reading Eat Right America does offer the basics, but I think following up by reading Eat to Live or Eat for Health would be very valuable. For those that don't enjoy reading "health books" - this is a concise way to get the information that can greatly improve health.
