Not worth the money
Really didn't help me make better decisions. Never mentions how much of the calories are actually in the salad dressing or mayonaise slathered on the items that make the bad choices so bad. Maybe the grilled chicken and avocado sandwich would be OK if I asked them to hold the mayo. Also doesn't seem to give any nutritional points for veggies. Maybe a salad with greens, tomatoes and black beans would be a healthier combo than pizza if I left off the dressing and the fried tortillas, but this book never mentions that.
Finally this book gives the impression that if you eat their "right" choices you are going to loose weight. But that's only if you actually eat the wrong choices all the time. PLEAAAZZZZE !
