    Great Idea; Tough to Practice

    As a breastfeeding mother who works, my greatest challenge is beating fatigue. I have learned the hard way that you absolutely have to eat to produce good milk and to feel energetic. This book helped me understand nutrition. I could not follow its recommendations exactly, simply because I'm too tired. I also find it a challenge to find time to exercise. However, it's a good starting point.

    Great book, great advise!!

    I bought this book when my son was 8 months old and I had actually gained weight while breastfeeding. This book has not only helped me to start losing weight, it has taught me how to eat right. In the past I would end up eating junk because I had let myself get so hungry nothing else would satisfy me. Now I am eating at least 6 times a day, I am getting more than "5 a day" and still losing weight. I recommend this book not only for nursing mother's, but any woman who wants or needs to lose weight. It teaches a change in eating habits not a diet. It has also given me the energy to start exercising 5+ times per week!
