    Great Cookbook

Our family started a 'Biggest Loser Challenge' and I bought this book to help my husband and I lose weight by modifying what we were eating instead of a faddy diet. We are both over 50 and we have found that while enjoying very flavorful and varied meals we are losing weight. The recipes are interesting, well explained and I think there is a picture of each one. I purchased the last two copies at the bookstore for other members of the family participating in the challenge. Two thumbs up from my husband and I.

    A reviewer

This is no Betty Crocker Book. I am not diabetic but I just wanted a book to help me have a more healthy diet. I have already tried 6 meals out of it and have loved each one!!! I feel fully confident that I can pull a recipe out for the first time and not have to worry about the outcome. I am typically one of those cooks who's addicted to adding to & changing the recipe but with this book I don't even add extra ingredients! The most fun part is I have been using vegetables & spices I've never even tried before...you know...all those weird things in the produce section that you don't even want to pick up. I would recommend this to even the pickiest of eaters!
