Wish I would have had this book pounds ago!!!
This has been one of the most helpful books on weight loss I have ever read. It is so encouraging. There is no mumbo jumbo about food analysis, or body type etc... Just plain good advise from formerly fat people, who have mastered their control over food. Virtually every possible 'threatening' food situation is covered from food pushers to having a spouse who is not supportive are covered within these pages. I read it cover to cover. There are great food snack ideas, as well as recipes from real people who have depended upon a certain dish to help them lose or maintain their weight. One suggestion: 'Read this book with a highlighter. Highlight the noteworthy quotes, then go back and put the quotes on cards and post them up around the house, car or office.'
