One of the most relevant books I've seen on the subject
This book is absolutely fantastic. Most screenwriting books deal with the structure of the story, which is also important, but skimp on the details of how to actually write the thing in a competent manner. This book has it laid out alphabetically so you can jump to whatever it is that is giving you trouble. There are an ample supply of sample pieces also. My reccomendation is to read the book all the way through once (it might take you a couple of hours, if that) as a primer and then go back as needed to take out the technical errors in your script. If you are just beginning in screenwriting, you need this book. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
