This book is fun all the way, very Caine all the way. Lot's grea

This book is fun all the way, very Caine all the way. Lot's great stories of struggling to be an actor and how he tracked down his future wife is a terrific love story. Bottom line, if you like Caine, you'll like his book.

    Great Fun

Caine's autobiography is a fun romp through his life and career in Hollywood. His story begins in his early childhood and progresses through his rise to fame, with insights into the movies he has made and why. He especially seemed to enjoy "one liners" in his own films as well as others and relates these with his sly sense of humor. And I must say that he is very kind in reporting about his co-stars with no deprecating stories that would put them in a bad light. If anything, he often pokes fun at himself. There is no question of his love of family and the influence they have had on his life and success. This is a fun read for anyone who is a fan of Michael Caine (which I obviously am) or simply enjoys obtaining more background of the movie business. After reading this book, I have had the urge to watch some of his films again and now view them from a new perspective.
