almost four stars
This book is good, but has some weird subjects that don't belong. She hits points, but (as it seems to me) that she added things that don't really have to deal with hell, just of the fact of having more things in her book. But all in all it is a good book. In fact I found this book interesting enough to make me curious to see what she has to say about heaven. I am about to start reading that one.Was this review helpful? Learn, Don't Burn!
A great read, with humor, facts and lots of great cross referencing! I disagree with the reviewer who thought it showed anti-biker prejiduce (probably an aging boomer who takes a lot of teasing at work for buying a Harley during his mid life crisis!) it shows that many REAL bikers ENJOY being associated with demons, devils, no fear of anything, etc, why else would they choose names like 'Hell's Angels'! The book did the same for lots of subjects like Heavy metal music, video games, etc as well as lots of religious and artsy stuff. Neat pictures too. As fun as it was informative! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

I was having quite a merry little read, 'till I came upon the entry 'Biker'. How does 'Biker' fit in here? Then I read it. It not only doesn't belong, but the description is defamitory! The author sees satanic images in the acoutriment of all 'bikers', and laid bare an exagerated prejudice that is comical in it's ignorance. After repeatedly trying to put that section behind me, I could not help but wonder how much more of this 'literature' was quarried staight from her unresearched imagination. It truly spoiled an anticipated read. Too bad!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
