What a find--this is a beautiful book with easy, sophisticated recipes. I learned so much about chocolate from the front end material 'history, health benefits, techniques', but is the recipes that are brilliant here. I've made the exotic truffles several times already 'they were the stars of my kitchen Christmas gifts' the Mexican chocolate thins are equally to-die-for, and several of the easy chocolate breakfast ideas have become standards in my morning repertoire (e..g., chocolate yogurt with fresh berries and the chocolate schmear).
