    I Also Recommend:

    Believably Dumb

Everyone needs a little chic lit from time to time. The main character in this book is believably dumb. You watch her go from one bad decision to the next, all the time hoping she pulls her act together. The book was actually longer than I expected, and in true chic-lit form has a happy ending. It is the perfect "lounging by the pool on a hot afternoon" kind of read.

ENLIGHTENMENT for IDIOTS by Anne Cushman

Enlightenment for Idiots is a wonderful story. Amanda travels to India to do research for her book about enlightenment and stays for a long time. She finds a lot of surprises along the way and so will you. This is a very enjoyable read with a great ending.

Just finished this and didn't want it to end. As a yoga teacher myself, Amanda's life was a breath of fresh air that though we guide the classes and the breath, guiding our own lives is not as easy. Many funny lines - and a great ending. Thanks to Ms. Cushman for writing this and showing this side of the yoga craze. I'm buying this for my friend's birthday gift today! Namaste.
