    Highly recommend

I originly got this book because Kelley Armstrong had a story in it. I love Kelley Armstrong. I was also looking for some new authors I may enjoy and I did. One or two of the stories I didn't care for but enjoyed it none the less. I'm glad I bought it because after the first few stories I was hooked. I was left wanting more. I highly recommended for anyone looking for a paranormal thriller! :)

    Gothic, Gargoylish and Glamorous~Entralling Anthology

This is a charmingly packaged Anthology published by Harper Collins. Whom, it must be said, is just outstanding in its choices of YA literature and authors. The cover of this (and most of Harper's books) is wonderful and appropriate for the content. What I like about it is the nod to the sophistication of the young adult reader. There's no scared little girl looking out at us here!

I've perused the book like a bandit. Absolutely love the feel of paper they've used which reminds me of the old (maybe still used) paper of the short story mystery anthologies I used to get, small packaged as magazines. Somehow, it makes me feel like this is a secret book I can hide and read in bed like a Halloween precursor; which it is in fact. Just love it for my bedside table this Fall.

After having read a couple of stories, my favorite is "Gargouille" by Mary E. Pearson. I wasn't familiar with Ms Pearson's books or writing, so decided to try her story for that reason alone. This is a wonderful story! I enjoyed it from the first sentence. Mary's descriptions are fascinating and made me smile with the anticipation I've always had when reading a fairytale. I love her French names and hinted connections in the story. Great writing and a really good short story. This one makes me certain I'll be going out to find one of her novels to read very soon.

I want to recommend "Enthralled" to everyone who reads and enjoys YA fiction. Great with a coffee mocha before sleep...

    Very dark and Interesting

This was a very great story and I enjoye the storyline because of what happened to them affter they said that they dinot believe in ghosts. Kami Garcia did a wonderful job and her books are very good and the film of Beautiful Creatures and the four novels and her new novel The Unbreakable (I think that's what it is called) is aboit to be a major motion picture as well as Beautiful Creatures. In one word superb.

I thought all the stories but 1 was excellent. It's hard to get involved
and interested in short stories, but these authors did it! Even though
they were short stories, it had a beginning, middle, and ending. After
reading each one I felt satisfied, where normally I'm left with
"what the hell". I haven't read most of the authors from
these stories, but I definitely will now.

    Highly recommend

Unlike some anthologies, I found all of the stories entertaining and gave me an opportunity to check out some other authors that I will definitely read in the future.
