    5 "I'm in" Stars

Wow..Van Dyken does it again. This is the third book in this series and honestly they keep getting better. All of my favorites from the first two books return including Nixon. This book however is Chase and Mil's story.

Chase is getting over his broken heart but is trying to do right by his family and so it means he just got married to Mil, a new mafia boss and someone who has her own issues. Amid the obvious dislike and distrust Mil has for Chase there is lust and desire buried deep inside her. You see, we learn more about Mil's past, we feel for her brokenness, and we understand that sometimes it is so easy to fall again for someone who once saved you.

This book was amazing. The mystery of the first stories continues but what is great is that we get more answers and some resolution. Action packed mafia craziness fills the pages and is rivaled only by the sexual chemistry bouncing around among these characters.

Chase remains a perfect hero in this story, he is loyal, fierce, and downright sexy. His interactions with Mil also bring out a softer side to Chase.

Mil is one badass heroine but similar to Chase, her interactions with him brings out her vulnerability and allows you to feel for a character that I really did not like in the first story. She winds up being a perfect counterpart for Chase.

Just when you think things are finally settling down, not only for Chase and Mil but also for Nixon and Trace, everything hits the fan with Tex and Mo. The prologue for Tex's book has me on edge. I feel this could be the darkest of the series and I cannot wait to see what happens.

***I was given a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review for Nerd Alert Book Love Blog***
Entice is book three in The Eagle Elite series. If you haven't read the first two books, please do because you are missing out on the best mafia romance series!  This is Chase and Mil's story!
Chase Winter is gorgeous,  sexy, brave, and completely loyal. He is nursing a very broken and shattered heart. A heart that does not seem to be in his possession right now. Chase needs a good distraction.  When Mil comes to Chase for a big favor and in need of his protection,  his loyalty, and the safety only he can offer her, well who is he to say no.
"...I give, I take, I steal, I destroy - never forget who truly pulls the strings my dear. I will be watching..."
Mil De Lange is a fiesty, beautiful,  srong, brave woman and also the boss of the De Lange family.  But the past may be lurking right around the corner and someone wants to remove Mil from power and maybe even take her life. Mil trusted Chase once before when she was just a teenager and gave him the most important parts of herself. All these years later, Chase still has those pics and now she is left wondering if she can survive the De Lange boss assassination attempts and Chase.
    "...Mine. You're ... mine..."
Mil is hiding a lot of secret from everyone. How can they offer her protection until her secrets are revealed? What will be done to finally get Mil to open up? How much bloodshed and life lost will happen? Will Chase finally move past Trace and see what he has with his wife, Mil? Will Trace finally forgive Nixon for faking his death? What will happen between Mo and Tex? Who will come out standing when shots are fired and lots of blood is shed?
"...I'd allowed a girl to get so deep under my skin that I'd forgotten what I was. A born killer, a made man, son of a very dead mafia boss - and husband to one of the De Lange leaders..."
    "...You're like my Superman..."
"...I want to be your savior..."
    "...Blood in. Blood out..."
Rachel Van Dyken is one of my absolute favorite authors.  It's hard to believe but every book I've read by her seems to be better than the last. The Eagle Elite series is absolutely the best mafia romance series there is. Rachel knows how to write a story that takes you on a journey like no other. You will sit on the edge of your seat, biting your nails, and devouring each and every word. And in the end you will be completely blown away and wanting, no needing more. I love this series so much that I wish I could give it more than a Nerd Alert A++ or 5 mind blowing stars!! More, I want more! Bring on Tex!
