    One of Neil Young's best

This CD is simply some of the best material that Neil Young has ever done! Do yourself a favor and buy it and get ready for some extraordinary songs and guitar playing.

The first Young solo album to reach greatness

This remastered CD fixes the problems a previous reviewer brought up. This version sounds very good. The album itself is filled with classic songs and is one every Neil fan needs to own.

    Audio Blows

Until CD tech improves dramatically, Youngians should stick with their LPs. Seriously, the sound quality on this one really blows the bishop. Young and Crazy Horse sound like they're playing on toy instruments. Great songs, though.

    Exceptional

I love this CD of Neil Young's and i am a fan from way back. His songs ''Cinnamon Girl'' and ''Down By The River'' are my favorite. His music just makes me feel good and brings back the memories, since my parents were the ones that intoduced him to me. They had Young playing all the time.

    DO YOU REMEMBER...?

Those living knew WHERE they were and WHAT they were doing the moment they heard the news that JFK had been killed. On a lighter note, so it is with the song: 'CINNAMON GIRL.' The LP was released [way back] in 1969... Other dandies embedded in vinyl are: 'DOWN BY THE RIVER', and the last [long BUT]exceptional cut on this record is: 'COWGIRL IN THE SAND.' All in all, this is, [in all likelihood], the best record to emerge in 1969, and probably the finest LP to emerge from 1965-1970. NO credible collection of music has this missing. That's all there is to say. Period.
