    Helpful tools for your journey

I found this book easy to read and the information in it to be of assistance in my journey towards a more peaceful existence. If you prefer a "hands on" approach with step by step instructions this is for you. I enjoy the concrete ways in which you can utilize philosophies that you may be learning from other sources.

    Truly Enlightening

This book was great. Millman has written a guide to put you on the path you are searching to be on. It has helped me in my pursue to overcome anxiety...naturally, teaching you that you can't control your thoughts so stop letting them control you! A practical book with solutions to every 'problem' you think you have.

    A book that changes lives-literally!!!

In the past years we have been exposed to a great number of books regarding personal growth and mental prosperity, many of them promise to be the one true key to the salvation of the reader's soul. What strikes different in this book, as well as Millman's others books, is that he encourages you to find the answers within yourself, using the book as a mere tool, a 'mental flashlight' for the reader. As you progress through the twelve gateways, assuming that you truly commit yourself to the task, you will surely notice the difference. I can only hope that this book affects your life as it had mine. If you wish to find out more about how this book helped me, feel free to e-mail me and I will try to help if I can.
