Filled With Tips
Received book on expected due date. Lots of recipes for meat eaters, vegan or vegetarians. Easy to follow recipes, all recipes give you the calorie count, fat per g, protein per g, sodium, fiber, sugar or carbohydrate count per serving. Book includes 300 whole-food recipes. Yes I would recommend book to others.
