    A reviewer

    I was a very youthful 21 year old who was told that I needed two hip replacements. The exercises that I engaged in as a result of this fine book have enabled me to return to my prior life as an active twentysomething. For the hundreds of thousands in their early twenties who consider hip replacement each year, please consider this book first. It turns out that the primary cause of my pain was two embedded thumb tacks that I received at the thumb tack factory where I work. Still, the book has changed my life.
