    Very good read

Great play by play of how Tampa Rays were concieved&operated in their early years, compared to how they do business now.Compare cultures of the two different ownerships and really spell out how hiring the right people turns any organization into a winner.Book flows real well start to finish, never really had a low or slow point.Read it on roundtrip plane ride across the country, was excellent read to pass time.
