Solid premise as stated in introduction
I had discovered this book in the library long ago. Over the years, I return to reacquaint myself with the correct form in performing the exercises. When it was no longer available, I HAD to have it at home. The preface provides the theory of how exercise affects facial youthfulness just as it does one's body. All I can state from personal experience is that my skin is still somewhat filled and I have an appearance commensurate to those I've seen five and ten years my junior.
