Refreshing and entertaining
This book was a great read. I felt connected with these young men as they traveled the land and the golf courses. Their story is a fun one - but one day I'll connect up with these characters and explain a 'Perfect Drive'.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. A Great Story of Golf, Friendship, and America
I highly recommend this book. Price and Gardner relate an entertaining and fascinating episode in their life that should make anyone with an unfulfilled dream still hope that their adventure will come true some day soon. While this is a book set primarily on the variety of golf courses throughout the US, it is more a tale of being with your best friend, seeing America, and enjoying life's little pleasures. We also see that by taking an excursion from the routine of daily life, we can learn to appreciate the little things in life so much better. This is a book that you don't want to put down once you open it. Even if you have never played golf before, you can still picture the adventure of seeing new places, meeting new people, and enjoying the best of what a trip through America has to offer. Was this review helpful?
