Fake ID was a very realistically written teen murder mystery that kept me on the edge of my seat. It was suspenseful, the characters were real to life, and the storyline was constructed well. The story flowed from point to point very smoothly and in many instances I felt as if I was right there with the characters. I became vested in Eli and Nick and grew to really love their characters and their personalities. When the mysteries started surfacing I felt like I was on the case with Nick trying to uncover the clues and find out whodunit. Fake ID definitely kept my interest and kept me reading to the end. Nick's character was well thought out and I enjoyed "helping/guessing" to crack the case. The end of the story definitely left my wanting more and I while I see Mr. Giles has another fantastic story coming out in 2015 I also hope that we get to see more of Nick in future books. 4/5 stars!
