If you will have one cookbook to incorporate herbs into your daily meals, this should be the one.
Many recipes using herbs are just for party foods or other special occasion recipes, but the recipes in this collection are practical for use every day. These recipes incorporate a variety of herbs into frequently served menus, branching out beyond the standard parsley, rosemary and thyme. A Practical Cookbook Using Herbs
Since I bought this cookbook last July (1998), it has become my favorite cookbook. I started a herb garden and I was looking for a basic cookbook to help me use the herbs in my cooking. The recipes are easy and the results have been great. I have tried about 30 recipes and none has disappointed me. Today I am having a small dinner party. Most of the dishes are coming from this book.
