This book is a very real accounting of Steven Kim's persecution

This book is a very real accounting of Steven Kim's persecution in China. Once you've read it though, you cannot plead ignorance to the suffering of many in North Korea and China. An excellent read all the way around. The Fearless Passage of Steven Kim is an example of what living the gospel looks like when one man lays down his life for another.

After reading this book, i came away not only inspired by the courage, spirituality and compassion of Steven Kim, but also
informed of history, intrigued by Kim's 'American-dream rags to riches life and caught up in the suspense and thrill of
of his capture and prison life. A wonderfully satisfying read....and a timely one too with North Korea in the news -
this book reminded me of the human cost associated with such oppresion!.
(and not too long, around 200 pages! - i finished it in two sittings!)
