    Some real good recipes here

I bought this book to cook for my grandma and have enjoyed several recipes in it. The stuffed cabbage one alone is worth the cost. This has been a staple in my kitchen, even though my kids are not allergic. Not every recipe works for us, but I think it's much more realistic than a lot of other no wheat, etc type recipe books. It is also encouraging without making you feel overwhelmed. The recipes are simple, straightforward and easy to follow. It's very practical. 4-stars is a conservative rating on my part.

    Great cookbook for allergies

I have a soy, dairy and corn sensitive child and this is one book that the recipes are great in! I love the easy to read, easy to prepare ideas. She has great recipes for each area of the day, divided by sections, snacks included. My child is a picky eater, but he loves meats, veggies, fruits, and the snacks made from these recipes.

    Good Cookbook for Allergic Kids

When you have a child with severe food allergies, sometimes it's hard to find recipes that are safe that the whole family will enjoy. This book is full of healthy, easy to fix recipes, that avoid the major food allergens. I checked this out from the library, but it's on my wish list of things to buy. My favorite is the recipe for the 'cola'---get the taste without the caffeine and all the artificial ingredients. Sure, some of the recipes may be a little strange, but those of us dealing with food allergies are used to things slightly out of the ordinary. I recommend this book.

this book was not what I expected.

I thought this book was ridiculous. i would definitely not recommend this book to anyone. It states that they have recipes for picky eaters, but it mainly has vegetables, meats (which most kids do not like) and fish. I wanted some recipes for casseroles, and there are none. most of the recipes, children would never eat. I was truly dissappointed. I was really looking forward to some great recipes for children!!!
