This book starts off wee slow for the first chapter or soo (even then its still funny) but ends up being a laugh out loud type of read. chic lit at its finest. With a little glam thrown in.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Breakout Novel of the Year!
This book was a surprising read! I loved that I could relate to Sydney Zamora, the intelligent yet feisty protagonist. I loved reading about her frustration in dating the wrong men. You know? the one's that offer great sex, are a great distraction...but aren't husband material? Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Sydney believed that she was capable of finding a husfriend without losing her sense of self or her career.
This book was so refreshing! All her characters had depth and you'll fall over laughing with the tongue-in-cheek references to celebs & fauxlites we love. What's also great is that the author managed to keep the book on pace with the current events of NYC...delicious to a fault!
Erica Kennedy? I've been waiting ages for a writer like you! Thanks! and happy writing!
