Getting a handle on cycles
This book has scads of advice backed up by research on what to add or delete from one's diet in order to solve many 'cycle problems' from infertility to PMS. I was especially helped by the chapter on PMS. I found that there are different kinds of PMS, so there are different nutritional solutions. If you are interested in food supplements, you will like her extensive advice on that, as well. There's even a chapter with information on male infertility.

Help for women with irregular cycles
This book provides great advice for women with irregular cycles. Shannon points out all the ways that minor improvements in diet can improve menstrual cycles. Her advice did wonders for me. I was infertile, took some of her diet advice, and am now pregnant. I think all women should read this book. In fact, the third edition of this book has recently come out, and I bet it's even better than this one (second edition).

Dissappointed
This book suggests taking a large amount of supplements (exceeding the RDA) with out siting sound scientific evidence or even explaning how or why this would work. I question the safety of taking excessive vitamins & minerals while trying to get pregnant.
