    Great book!

I found this book very exciting and helpful. This book shows that there is hope for people with PCOS and other conditions to get their insulin in check and regain fertility by changing something they can control, their diet. This book tells you how to control your blood sugar and in turn change many of the medical problems associated with insulin resistance. It was nice to see a doctor that would write a book from a natural perspective. He advocates the natural path before medical intervention by using herbs, supplements, diet, and excerise. Only draw back is that there needs to be more recipes in the book. It would be nice to have a book that said eat this and when. It is a great investment and not a book to pass up. Thanks Dr. Groll for your wonderful book!

I have read this book and even started on the path that it lays out before you. I enjoyed the book and the ease in which it provided the information. As of right now I have been following this new lifestyle for 17 days I have dropped 11 pounds and I feel good. I cant explain it any better than that I feel good. I am in the midst of re-reading this book as I want to get as much from it as I can. I dont want to miss a thing.

    It's ok!

well, i think i'm approaching the guinness book of world records on how many fertility books i can read. This book says much of the same as others do. I recommend "fully fertile" a 12 week plan if you would like something to be a little more holistic.

This book is not a waste of time if it's one of the first you're reading though...

    Not very interested......

I think the diet in this plan is not for people who have busy lives. I understand that when you want something really bad you will try hard but for the majority of Americans I don't think the plan is realistic. On the bright side there was some really useful information to keep on hand or refer back to.
