Just like Britney, this is a candy coated, fake and plasticy shot at pop at its most ultimately disposable. Nasal and thin vocals and embarrasing lyrics is what makes this album a tacky and kitsch classic, full of dated disco sounds and beats that would have sounded better in the late '80's, this is Kylie Minogue having another stab at the credibility stakes. This time it'll work because it's horribly lightweight that will appeal to the teenage music buying public. Don't worry about the meaning. There is none. Just dance your cares away. It will make your life better for a short moment. As soon as the music ends though you will be left empty in need of some proper music. This may not be Alanis or Madonna. But it will give Britney a run for her money. Fake sexiness and trite over-sexual lyrics will make you laugh and cringe. But still the music has its moments even though it's horribly dismal and generic and repetitive for the most part. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
