Easy to Digest
I'm always interested in looking into the latest and greatest diet plan and this one caught my eye. I found Fiber35 to be a bit unique among the other books on the diet shelf. The gist of Fiber35? Simple. You can lose weight and improve your health by taking advantage of all the health benefits of fiber. And, the book feels that fiber is possibly the most benficial nutrient on the planet. This is because fiber can prevent major diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer- as well as increase satiety and decrease hunger. The main plan? Well, as the book goes on to say, getting 35 grams of fiber every day is the key to losing weight and staying healthy for life. The book has a three phase weight loss plan- an accelerated weight loss phase, a moderate weight loss phase, and a lifetime weight maintenance phase. Also included is a strength and cardio training program. The strength training program consists of a resistance band workout, and the cardio program is simply walking. Other goodies in the book include recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, as well as a personalized weight loss formula which is based on how many pounds you want to lose. All in all, its a pretty neat book, and to me, the program seems pretty complete and laid out in an easy to follow manner. I say give it a try if the thought of eating more fiber sits well with you.

Important information POORLY presented. Overlong and boring. Recipes dull.
Too wordy, too wordy, too wordy. Better to spend more money and buy Prevention's

book "Fiber Up and Slim Down." I bought this book because I thought I could give it
to friends since I am already an advocate of controlling weight by eating high fiber foods including whole grains. -
Fiber 35 Diet.
This is a great weight loss book, mainly because it does focus on the need for fiber and fiber can help you lose weight. It's got some really good ideas, if you are willing to spend the time and effort. I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Everything I need in a diet is here
I like to read diet and health books but none of them had what I was looking for: a way to eat for life that I enjoyed but was healthy. This book has it all! I have lost 8 lbs of belly fat and look great. I enjoy eating and don't consider this a diet but a way of life. I won't have any touble sticking to it in the future. I am always thinking of ways to add fiber to my favorite foods and it is working. I am remaking some of my favorte recipes with added fiber and loving every minute of it.
