Great father-son story with golf history and travel

I enjoyed this book so much that I've already read it twice and recommended it to others. If you played golf with your dad when you were young, as I did, and also want to learn more about golf in Scotland and England, you'll love this very well written book.

The Very Essence of the Game and Relationships

The author reveals the lessons of a game well learned and a teacher that was his best friend and father. The story shows how one can make the best of the time that remains with a loved one and have no regrets with their passing. Very few male writers get to the essence of emotion and feeling like James Dodson. One read and you know he is the kind of friend everyone needs for support in the rocky times that life brings.
