This is a scary philosophy with dangerous ramifications. The author and the company behind this book believes in weeding people out of the workforce who don't fit their discription of a good employee. In the book, the author's examples of good managers include people who actively discriminate and demonstrate favoritism in the workplace. Unfortunately, the Strengths Finder's Test from Gallup University and the Gallup Poll is something that is gaining influence in the state of Nebraska.
