I absolutely loved this book, I couldn't put it down! The protagonist Sameera is a spunky witty character who finds her true self after being forced to become someone else in order to help her father's campaign for president. Was this review helpful? After reading First Daughter:White House rules 'wich I reviewed earlier for this blog', I definately wanted to read Extreme American Makeover. Mitali has created a very original and intelligent story abou a young adult girl, whose live is going to change because her father is running for president of the United States. When you start reading, it is impossible not to become a friend of Sameera and her family. When the crew around her dad creates a blog for Sammy, wich she can't write herself, she wants to start her own blog. And Sameera is smart: when she cannot go outside to explore Washington D.C., because of the paparazzi, she hides in a burka. From the moment you start reading, till the last page, Sameera's story is interesting and very strong and fun! I loved it!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
