Great read for those who like Ender's Saga.

This book was a great read. It expanded on the other parts of Ender's story that are missing from all the books. I especially liked the meeting between John Paul and Theresa and the last novella when Jane came to Ender's help. It left me wishing for more!

    First Meetings

This is an outstanding addition to the rest of the Ender series, by Orson Scott Card. It reveals many secrets in the history of the Wiggin family, and gives you a better sense of why they raise Ender the way they do. Though it is briefly described in Shadow of the Hegemon(I think it's that one), this is obviously much more descriptive. It also gives us a much better sense of the development in Andrew Wiggin's character, considering that the jump from Ender's Game to Speaker for the Dead(my favorite)is too large. In general,if you like the rest of Orson Scott Card's Ender books, this is excellent, and will enhance one's knowledge of the whole story.

    Read!

I love how this book! It shows you how John Paul and Theresa meet. And I was very interested in the first copy of Ender's Game and how it compared to the more popular version. Pluss, it expalins how Andrew, Ender Wiggin, becomes A speaker for the dead instead of THE speaker for the dead. I suggest that you read this book befor the other books in eighter the Ender's Game or the Ender's Shadow series althow, even If you read it afterwords it would still clear things up for you. What ever you do... READ IT!!!

    Wonderful, as always

I have yet to read anything by Orson Scott Card that I didn't love, admire and wish that I had written myself

Highly recommended for Ender's Game fans

I'm a long time fan of the Ender's Game series, so I really enjoyed this latest installment. I've read the entire series, and the Shadow series, but really you only have to have read Ender's Game before picking this one up. You could probably even read this before Ender's Game, but I wouldn't.

Anyways, it's a fun read that definitely lives up to the standard Card set long ago.
