I don't cook unless I'm following a recipe; so I have a long shelf of cookbooks and with a focus on nutrition. Without question, this book is my favorite. I love this book regardless whether I'm running regularly and have recommended it to many! I'm surprised that I'm only one of two people to rate it.Was this review helpful? I have only had this book a few weeks but I love it. It has to be the best cookbook I have purchased in a long time. Everything is fast, super healthy and delicious. Some of the ingredients are a little hard to find, I had to visit my local Asian market to get the hard to find items. I didn't get this book for the 'fitness' part of it, I got it because it was inexpensive and the pictures looked great. I definitely recommend picking this book up if you enjoy eating healthy and still completely fulfilling meals.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
