Who Wouldn't Want to Orgasm in Five Minutes?

With a name like "Five Minutes to Orgasm Every Time You Make Love," who could not buy it? It has a lovely, subtle cover, and the Table of Contents is thorough. The names of the chapters are intriguing, like "I Get by with a Little Help from My Hand" and "It's His Turn to be Lazy." Makes the reader curious as to what they could be about. Even the Introduction, written by Joe Kita, is funny and well-written. He describes the book as "Sex without music by Kenny G or flowers from FTD," intimating that the author's formula is fast, fun and satisfying.

From the first chapters, Hutchins dispels myths about female orgasm, and gives hope to women who have difficulty achieving one during intercourse. She states that her technique "worked every time and as soon after actual sex began as I wanted." A big promise considering that "10-15% of all women report that they never each orgasm at all . . ., no matter what the stimulus." If there is a magic button, women have discovered that depending on a man to find it is a hopeless cause. Clitoral stimulation is the trigger for female orgasm, but it is impossible to achieve through penile thrusting, says the author. She debunks the myth of vaginal orgasm, claiming it does not exist and is therefore unachievable. Women should stop trying to achieve something that is impossible.

Women are instructed to begin the technique by climbing on top of the man. Not an uncommon position, but it is indispensible if the method is to work and work every time. This is also the first step in taking back responsibility for the female orgasm away from the man and giving it to the woman, where the writer says it belongs. Another important component of the technique is for the woman to masturbate herself, so it is imperative that she is experienced and is not afraid to do it in front of a man. Fantasizing is covered at some length, and the writer teaches us not to be ashamed of fantasizing or feel as if we are betraying our partner. This is covered in the chapter called "Love with the Proper Stranger," my favorite chapter. This technique is great for men, too, because now they do not have to work so hard to try and make a woman climax. Men and women giving pleasure to each other in the form of oral sex is covered in great detail in the book recommended below, "The Sensuous Couple's Guide to Seismic Oral Sex." This would be a great book, which is available both in paper and in Kindle forms, to buy with this one.

This book ends with a lengthy discussion about how to modify the technique so that neither partner becomes bored. This book is short, and the technique is simple. Some people might think too simple. But it is usually the simple things in life that are the most important. Each of the steps of the technique has certainly been tried by most people, but it is the combination that makes it effective. Most people have not thought to put them together, so the writer has done that for the reader. If you are a female who wants to have an orgasm during intercourse, this is the book for you.
