    Grieving Now. Book helps overcome grief.

    My mother died 12/24/12. As a nurse I helped others. Now grieving I find it hard to help myself. Mom was my best friend. I am lost. I am angry. I am depressed for mom was to move in with us & lied about why she couldn't instead of letting me share her last months with her.

    I found this book & the trial pages started making me feel better.

    My life changed after my father's death, then 11 years ago after my husband's death & I feel another change coming on.

    I am the oldest of the next generation. I am still a mom & grandma. But no longer a daughter.

    I have faced death a few times on my own. I no longer fear death, but am not ready to die yet either. Mom said this on her death bed, "I am not dying, so quit crying".

    I survived before I will survive again. This book has opened my eyes & heart to a new me.

    I lost my first child about 3 months ago and I am still grieving

    I lost my first child about 3 months ago and I am still grieving each day as I find it extremly difficult to cope with the loss. I have nightmares abt 3~4 times ago and have been seeing a
     psychiatrist since then. During the session today, my psychiatrist had highly recommended this book to me, 
    As she believes it will help me to heal and cope with the loss of a loved one.
