    Very Helpful highly recommended

Purchased this book for my 3rd graders summer break work out. She loves this book and wants me to buy another set. It is really getting her prepared for 4th grade.

Great for Home Review and Enhancement

With concerns about the curriculum our fourth grader is being provided at school, we purchased this book as an at-home teaching tool. It provides grade appropriate math skills with some challenges beyond the mere grade level equivalent. Each section provides instruction on the lesson to follow. The instructions are easy to read and easy for him to understand on his own.

    We liked it

My daughter found this book fun and easy to use. I couldn't find any of the errors the previous reviewer noted. We will buy more product from this company.

    Good for the Price

This book is not meant to teach math skills to students, but provides a set of practice pages, which is especially useful over the summer. The latest revision has eliminated the errors that previously existed. The graphics pull children into the page, and there are not so many problems per page that it is overwhelming. For the price ($6) it is definitely worth it. There are better workbooks out there, but they are not appealing to children. The others provide better instruction, but if you or your child need instruction on elementary math, a workbook is not the place for you anyway.

I bought this book for my daughter to keep up with her math over the summer. There are little to no instructions on how to actually do the problems. Even worse, we have found several mistakes, which makes it even more confusing! Page 52, for example, is littered with errors. The sample problem is incorrect and some of the answers in the back of the book aren't even right. Terrible editing! I will not buy another Flash Kids book for any of my 3 children.

    A reviewer

This book was a huge disappointment. The book offers no instruction on how to do the problems, it is simply worksheets for practice/review. That's okay, we can learn HOW to do the work somewhere else then use this book for practice. The biggest problem is that there are many errors in the book. Page 52 for example is about finding common denominators for addition and subtraction of fractions. The first problem on the page was done as an example and the problem was done incorrectly. Once you go to the back of the book to find the answers to check the work you will find that many of the answers are incorrect as well.
