This book does a pretty good job of laying out the basics of flipping houses. I learned a fair amount from reading it. It's filled with "secrets" that the novice house flipper will likely find useful. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
On the negative side of the ledger, the book has an unacceptable number of typos that would be caught by a spellcheck program. Additionally, there are typos that are more egregious, such as the author's calling private mortgage insurance (PMI) "property mortgage insurance."
In any case, this is the best book I've found on the subject, which might not be saying a whole lot.
