Excellent reference will broaden planting horizons
This book is sure to become a gardening classic. It is in full color and contains lavish illustrations, photographs, and visual references. It is worth buying for the illustrations alone. It covers 80 types of fruit that will grow in Florida. While the book discusses familiar fruits such as citrus, peach, and watermelon, it also features many rare and exotic fruits. The reader can quickly access detailed information, including range maps, calendars of fruit production, and a unique rating system. Florida's Best Fruiting Plants should appeal to everyone, from the novice gardener to the commercial grower. While the book is obviously geared toward Florida growers, those living in California, south Georgia, and the Gulf states may also find this book useful. Was this review helpful?
